Between the two layers of soft almonds sponge cake and Italian meringue vanilla cream is lightly flavored with kirsch and filled with whole strawberries. It is the jewel of French pastry. Available in 12cm, 15cm, and 18cm sizes. Larger sizes are available upon request.
